Vision Healthcare Services is a provider of developmental disability care services in Annandale, Virginia.
Our programs are Medicaid Waiver incorporated since 2016 and we have been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the privacy of their homes, in supervised facilities (apartments), and in homes of natural settings.
We dedicate ourselves to the following:
- The obligation to promote choices and protect the rights of the people we support.
- The commitment to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence and self-worth by providing the appropriate support systems.
- The recognition that the individual is the most important resource in his/her own development, both as the person most directly affected by his/her constraints and limitations, and as a recipient of the program.
The patients we admit to our services have to be 18+ years old. We also require that they have fulfilled the following criteria:
- Diagnosis of Intellectual Disability
- AdultMedicaid Waiver
- Program Participation
